Send files by email.

Sometimes, the content of an email is not enough and you may need to send a file with more information. A PDF, Word file, or an Excel sheet. With Minutemailer, you can easily do this.

How to send a file using email.

You can either start by uploading the file you want to send in the media library, or if you have already created an email, you can start from there.

If you start in the media library

  1. Choose Upload file
  2. Select a PDF, Excel or Word file and upload it
  3. Choose Create email from file
  4. A template opens in the editor with the file inserted, ready to send
  5. Edit the email as you want it to look
  6. Send the email

If you start in the editor

  1. Drag in the component File
  2. Press Choose file in the right panel
  3. Select a PDF, Excel or Word file and upload it
  4. Edit the email as you want it to look
  5. Send the email

How the recipient gets the file.

The recipient of your email can then press the button in your email and will be directed to a download page where they can download the file you sent. It will be clear what the file is named and how large it is.

How you can use the feature.

Use this function to send out reports, longer documents, budgets, estimates, information sheets, promotional materials, or other information that does not fit in an email for one reason or another.
