Go to your Contacts or your Contact lists to import contacts. Select an Excel or CSV file that contains email addresses and click 'Upload contacts' to import it. You might have to help identify the columns in your list. You can also add a contact by hand.

You can create as many lists as you want. A contact can be on several lists and if you send to several lists at the same time, we will only send one email to one contact, so a contact should not be able to receive the same email twice.

You can use the ready made code or the quick link to the ready made signup page for your list. Go to the contact list you want to link to and choose "Get more subscribers" to find the code that you need.

You can easily save an email as a template and use it again as a starting point for your next email. We don't support creating custom templates in HTML code as we want to make sure every email being sent from Minutemailer looks good and professional and works in every email client. If you have some requests when it comes to design let us know.

Yes you can use smart (or merge) tags to insert contact data into your emails. You can add your own fields to your contacts to customize the content.

Send the email to yourself and then save or "print" the email as a pdf in your email client.

We don't support attached files but we have a send file module where you upload a file to Minutemailer and can add a link to it in the email.

Yes, we have a simple function to paste a link to a video into your email that generates a thumbnail. The video needs to be hosted on Youtube or some other website we support.

The best way to make sure your email is delivered is to create interesting content that your contacts have asked to receive. Please read our guide on deliverability. If you haven't already we also recommend that you authenticate your email domain to improve delivery.

We work continuously with optimizing the delivery of your emails. But sometimes emails can still end up in the spam folder. Please read our guide to avoiding the spam folder.

There could be a problem with your email providers spam filter or some other temporary error. Try again to some other email addresses and see if you still have a problem.

Yes. We automatically track delivered, dropped, opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes and spam marks of every email sent. Just go to your Result page and view the numbers. Due to privacy settings in some email clients the actual number of opened emails can be higher than the statistics show.

Bounced are emails that have been returned by the email server. Either caused by a permanent error with the receiving email server or a temporary error. Dropped emails are emails that have previously bounced to the same reciepient or where the recipient have flagged the email as spam.

One credit equals one email to one contact. As an example 1,000 credits is enough to send 1 email to 1,000 contacts or if you want 4 emails to 250 contacts. The credits included in your plan are renewed every month and therefore consumed while the credits you buy or earn roll expire after 24 months.

Even better. You start out with a free account and can use it as long as you like to manage your contacts and send emails for free. Upgrade, buy credits or invite friends if you need more than the plan includes. The free plan includes the same functions as the paid plans except the listed features.

Yes. You can cancel, upgrade or downgrade at any time.

You can pay using most bank cards and currencies on the market. Like VISA, Mastercard and American Express. You can also use Apple Pay or Google Pay if your device supports it. We only accept online card payments not invoices. All payments are handled through a secure connection by our payment partner Stripe. You can choose to pay in USD, EUR or SEK. We contribute 5% of every payment towards removing carbon dioxide from the atmosphere.

Our prices are already very affordable and if you pay per year you get 2 months for free. If you are a non profit organisation, student or otherwise think you deserve a discount, contact us and we will help you out with an additional 15% discount. You can also invite friends to earn credits for free.

Minutemailer does not charge for the number of contacts you have, as most of our competitors do. We charge for credits that you use to send e-mails. We think it's a nicer and more honest way to charge for the service and for most it means a lower total price. Learn more about how we compare to our competitors.

You won't be able to send emails if you don't have enough credits. You can either choose to upgrade your team, buy more credits or invite some friends to earn credits. The credits on your plan renew each month. Bought or earned credits expire after 24 months.

A lot of our competitors charge you based on number of contacts on your account. Minutemailer doesn't have that limit and instead charges based on how much you send. You can store as many contacts as you like on your team. Even on the free plan.

On Minutemailer you can work together in teams to create content and send emails. Different plans allow for different amount of team members. Unlimited team members means there is no limit to the number of team members for that plan.

With our AI features, you can get help to quickly create newsletters, content, texts, images and subject lines. Speed up the work with your emails with the help of AI. You can always choose what you use and you don't have to use the AI features if you don't want to, but they are there as a support.

Yes, for earning free credits. Every team have a unique invite link that you can use to invite friends. Both you and your friend recieves credits when the link is used to signup and for buying credits or upgrading your team.

Our general terms and conditions for Minutemailer include a personal data processing agreement. When you create an account on Minutemailer, you accept the terms of the service, including the personal data processing agreement.

Our servers and infrastructure are located within the European Union and has certification for compliance with ISO/IEC 27001:2013, 27017:2015, 27018:2019, ISO/IEC 9001:2015 and CSA STAR CCM v3.0.1. All sensitive data is encrypted. Minutemailer AB is a Swedish company.

The data is stored in accordance with Swedish laws and guidelines. If you choose to delete your account on Minutemailer, all data linked to your account that contains personal information will be deleted within ninety days.

We use OpenAI for our AI functions on Minutemailer. Only the data that is necessary to get good answers from the AI function is sent and it is only sent if you use one of our AI functions.
