Getting started

Minutemailer is a really easy to use tool for creating, sending and scheduling newsletters or content to social media. Get started for free.

Choose what you want to create. A smart email, a Facebook post, a Tweet, a post to Linkedin or a designed newsletter.

Using Minutemailer you can make a great looking newsletter, send your customers emails and create a bunch of content for your social media accounts using the same images and spread it out over time. Its really easy and you’ll end up with a good overview of everything in your Minutemailer marketing calendar.

Follow these steps to get started:

  1. Create a free account. You can always upgrade later if you need more. You’ll need to verify your own email first before you can send anything though, so make sure you catch the welcome email and click the link.
  2. What do you want to make? Select between creating a plain email, content for social media or an email with customizable layout.
  3. Let's create an email with layout. The editor is very easy to use but makes a stunning impression. Drag and drop segments from the right hand menu to change the layout.
  4. Import an image. Upload a JPG, PNG or gif (even animated works). Just make sure you have the rights to use it in your marketing.
  5. Write some text and add a button. Changing the colours of buttons takes seconds. You can also change the background colour and font in your profile settings.
  6. Add some contacts. First create a new list and then choose Import contacts. Choose an excel, rtf or text file that contain your email addresses. You may need to click the column where Minutemailer can import names from your list. You can navigate away from the page while your list imports if you want.
  7. Send your first email. Don't forget to write a nice subject line. The free account lets you send up to 2000 emails per month. If you need more than that you need to upgrade to one of our affordable plans.
  8. View the result. Simple and easy! Click Sent and you can track how many opens and clicks each sendout gets.
  9. Posting to social media is as easy as writing an email. Now create a Facebook post and import the same image.
  10. Schedule your post Make it easier to work with your channels by scheduling your content in advance. Save your time and be more effective. Line up a few in advance to be even more efficient.
  11. View your scheduled content in the calendar. Just like that. You’re ready to get started with your marketing!
